Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your time is sacred, and so is mine. This simple policy keeps the calendar open and fair for everyone seeking healing.

🕰️ Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. This allows me to offer your time to someone else on the waitlist.

24+ hours' notice: reschedule freely, no charge.
Less than 24 hours / same-day: considered a late cancellation (see below).

💻 Online Sessions (Prepaid)

Online sessions are prepaid at booking to reserve your space. With 24 hours' notice, your payment is transferable to a new session within 30 days.

Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the payment, as the time was held just for you.

🌿 In-Person Sessions

In-person sessions are settled at your visit. Please still give 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment to book future sessions.

⏳ Late Arrivals

Out of respect for everyone's time, sessions begin and end as scheduled. If you arrive late, we'll make the most of the time remaining, but the session will still end at its original time and the full rate applies. For in-person visits, please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.

💎 Crystal Cottage Private Experiences

Your private shopping appointment is complimentary and simply holds the space for you. If your plans change, please cancel or reschedule so the Cottage can be offered to another visitor.

✨ Products & “Reading On The Go”

Crystals, Reiki-infused tools, apiary goods, and handwritten readings are hand-selected and prepared with care. Because of their personal, handmade nature, all product sales are final. If something arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days and I'll happily make it right.

🎁 Gift Purchases

Gifted sessions and gift purchases follow the same rescheduling guidelines and are non-refundable, but are fully transferable to another person — healing is always welcome to be shared.
